Zinc and hair regrowth
While the effects of the consumption of the mineral zinc in its basic form are still in question, several things are known and hypothesized
about this valuable mineral. Studies suggest that a decrease in the amount of oil secreted by the body can be accredited to the consumption of
the daily recommended amount of zinc. Hair regrowth is a hypothesized result of this as the reduction of oils exuded by the pores essentially
means that hair follicles on the scalp are less likely to become clogged and as such the consumption of a reasonable amount of zinc permits the
regeneration of hair.
There are numerous other benefits to using zinc in its natural form as a treatment for hair loss. Firstly, it is not overly expensive, unlike

Ingesting too much zinc may have an inverse effect, that is, if the body receives too much zinc then you may consequently find yourself losing
