Natural remedies for growing hair

Most people don´t know that losing hair is completely normal in most cases. Almost everyone will shed around 50 hairs every day. However, hair should also be growing. If hair growth stops or whole patches of hair start falling out something is wrong.

Lots of factors can cause hair loss or very slow growth. These include things like hormones, genetics and certain vitamin deficiencies. Not eating enough protein, too much stress, certain medications, infections and some chemicals can also make hair fall out.

There are some natural remedies that can help make your hair healthier and make it grow faster. Taking the right vitamins will certainly help. Vitamins A, B6, B12, biotin and others are essential for healthy hair. Be careful not too take too many though, as an overdose of certain vitamins  can actually lead to hair loss. Too make you hair stringer and thicker taking silicia capsules may be helpful.

Rinsing hair with apple cider vinager and sarge tea may be good for hair growth. If you want to improve blood circulation in your scalp you can try taking Ginkgo Biloba. The herb called Saw Palmetto has been shown to block DHT, the hormone that cuases many cases of hair loss. Nettles are also good for stimulating hair growth and preventing baldness.

Taking all of these natural remedies separately can be a bit inconvenient. That is why taking certain natural hair loss products can be helpful, as they contain the natural elements in the right amounts and mixed together for best results. Still, before trying any natural remedy you should always consult your doctor to make sure that they are right for your needs.
